Meet Savannah

Magnolia Lane Transaction Services was founded with a simple goal in mind. To provide great service without ever missing a detail. Savannah made her way in to transaction coordination because she enjoys being behind the scenes, crossing t’s and dotting i’s, and serving others.

Before moving in to real estate, Savannah spent 10 years working for a national retailer as a compliance supervisor. She kept her warehouse compliant with the EPA, OSHA, and DHEC while regularly scoring among the highest in the Southeast during audits. She is no stranger to compliance that carries steep penalties if mishandled, deadlines, and reporting done the right way - the first time.

Outside of real estate, Savannah is one of three places - the gym, with her dog and cat, or with her 3 nieces. She’s not hard to find!
